The Brand
[REDACTED] is a streetwear clothing brand. Their mission to inspire and unite through unique and unifying streetwear resonated well with our agency's ideals
Right, when their mission was shared with our team on our intro call, we immediately got right to work with this exact goal in the forefront; being able to spread [REDACTED]’s impactful message of positivity to as many people as we possibly could.
The Challenge
Before partnering with us, [REDACTED] had not implemented any substantial email marketing campaigns. However, since the inception of their brand, they have consistently strived to achieve six-figure revenues. Understanding their goal from the start, our challenge was to determine how we could assist them in generating even higher revenue by leveraging effective email marketing strategies.
The day that we first spoke was two weeks away from their next release, which they were expecting to do very well on. That being said, we had our work cut out for us. This left the main focus to be able to prep everything we needed prior to the release and ensure that it brought in the best results possible.
The Solution
To address this challenge, we developed a strategy focused on setting up flows and campaigns to enhance their email marketing efforts.
Setting up flows
We prioritized the implementation of automated email flows, which are targeted sequences triggered by user behavior or specific events
These flows allowed us to deliver personalized and timely content to engage customers and guide them through the buyer's journey. The goal was to improve customer engagement and increase conversion rates.
Setting up campaigns
In addition to flows, we designed and executed email campaigns to effectively promote [REDACTED]'s new products and drive sales. These campaigns involved creating compelling email content, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the products, and targeting relevant customer segments. The aim was to generate excitement, create a sense of urgency, and ultimately increase sales and revenue.
When we onboarded this brand, they were already posting about the release in hopes of organically hyping it up. We had to inform their email list about a completely new form of contact, Email. It has hard in the beginning but we were able to turn low open rates into high ones and geared up for a strong drop.
