The Brand: 

REDACTED is an Ecommerce (Footwear) brand. Their story is simple, to make fashionable slides that don't have to sacrifice style for comfort. Their mission of providing cloud-like comfort and relieving joint pain, all while being the coolest slides ever made resonated well with us and our agency’s ideals. Right, when their mission was shared with our team on our intro call, we immediately got right to work with this exact goal in the forefront; being able to spread their inspiring message about comfortable slides with amazing designs to as many people as we possibly could. 

The Challenge: 

Before working with our digital marketing agency, REDACTED had never used a complete email marketing system. They would only send occasional emails for new releases, which didn't bring much success. 

When we first spoke, REDACTED had a release scheduled in two weeks and expected it to do well. Our primary focus was to prepare everything needed for the release and get the best possible results. 

From the beginning, REDACTED had a goal of making a six-figure revenue on a release, so we knew what the client wanted. The question was how to achieve it.

The Solution: 

Despite having only two weeks to prepare and a challenging revenue goal, we were confident in our abilities. We had a proven system that we trusted, so we stuck to our release plan and believed it would work for REDACTED.

To address this challenge, we developed a comprehensive email marketing strategy. We treated REDACTED as stores that had never used emails before, and we aimed to grow their revenue through consistent email campaigns and personalized flows based on customer behavior on their website. 

We also targeted specific email lists for our campaigns.

For example, we started the campaign for the "Summer Slides" collection with an email introducing the top three trending slides. This email resulted in $1,913.70 in sales. We followed up with a review email to build trust, which generated $2,191.28 in sales.

We continued with an email announcing the release of the "Summer Slides" collection, which kick-started the campaign and brought in $1,357.24 in sales. 

In the following week, we sent a second follow-up email that increased engagement and added $1,923.92 in sales. To keep customer interest high, we created a third email highlighting the unique features and benefits of the slides, which resulted in an extra $1,293.18 in sales.

By combining these three emails, including the initial announcement, follow-up, and final follow-up, we created a campaign that boosted engagement and conversions for the "Summer Slides" collection. Despite the initial difficulties, we improved open rates and prepared for a successful release.

The results: 

Our email marketing campaigns, which encompassed both standalone emails sent and automated flows, yielded exceptional results in terms of revenue growth.
