The Challenge
Prior to partnering with our digital marketing agency, {REDACTED} had not implemented any substantial email marketing campaigns. Despite their strong presence in the streetwear industry, they had yet to leverage the power of email marketing to its fullest potential. The Solution
To address this challenge, our digital marketing agency developed a comprehensive strategy focused on setting up targeted flows and campaigns to enhance {REDACTED}' email marketing efforts.
Setting up Flows:
We prioritized the implementation of automated email flows, which are personalized sequences triggered by user behavior or specific events. The first email was sent 30 minutes before the early access time, the second email was sent during the live event, and the third email served as a follow-up about early access. These campaigns collectively generated a total revenue of $34,909.26.

On the public release day, following the early access phase, we implemented a series of email campaigns to maximize sales. This included sending out one live email and one follow-up email, reminding customers about the drop and emphasizing that it was their last chance to make a purchase. Through these campaigns, we achieved a total revenue of $15,000.11.
